Face to Face (In Home demo) Step by Step

Once you dated party what do you do

  1. Thank you Note to secure the date
  2. Set up the party in MyOffice -(Ask the group if they know how to do this)
  3. Make sure the party shows up on your website before sending the emails
  4. Email a link to the host for their guests to shop – Can send two. One for info and one for the host to forward to friends and family
  5. Give your Host a Packet if they see people of catalogs, flyers, host flyer and join us flyer – this can be given at the party they book at if materials are handy
  6. When to send the packet if not given at the time of booking
  7. Paper Order Forms vs Digital – How to get paper order forms if desired

Mailing Invites: If host wants a mailed invite I include the flyer with this invite you can edit. Three of the envelopes get a Golden Ticket. The host gets a bonus gift from me when they find all 3. Makes them call the entire list. I have 2 go to people closest to where I live and 1 closest to the host. Hosts that do this have between 10-15 people at the party

Emails to the host: These two emails are separate. One gives info on what they need to do and link to shop. The other is one they can forward on to their guests.

In Host Planning Packets I include: 3-4 catalogs and flyers (2 if they do not see people), Checklist for $1000 Party, Host Rewards Sheet and Recruiting flyer. It is up to you if you want to have order forms in the host packet or not

What do you bring to the party

  1. Lapboards or Folder
  2. Gifts for coming – Citrus Peelers are a good option
  3. Dating Gifts – Keychains are a GREAT option or Smidets.  They key is these are things people cannot buy and we should not sell
  4. Kit of Tupperware – Its great to bring the kit in the catalog (or if digital demo use it so people see it).  Goal is to have one trip in and out so people do not feel like they need a lot.  However, you can always bring a little more as you see fit
  5. Tablecloth if you have one – its okay if does not have Tupperware on it.
  6. Future Party Bribes – could work also for digital by having it in the background
  7. Smile
  8. Dress Professionally – look better than the people that will be at your party.

Uprinting: https://www.uprinting.com/ Is a place you can get it printed

As of August 30, 2021 this the pricing and suggested sizing

What to do at the party

How and when to close the party

  1. Show paper that you use for the closing
  2. Host check list – can find it in the Force 2B Group under Files
  3. Preference is to close the day of the party.  Less hassle and its rare anything is added. However if you dated the party Thursday and the it is held the next day it is okay to give them a week if it is in the same month…if not specials will change.
  4. Plus everything is while supplies last so getting it in sooner ensures everyone gets their items
  5. Thank you note to the host you just closed the with it.  The most important thing is to be grateful. Do not take them for granted.

What’s next

  1. Repeat with each party
  2. Most successful consultant do 2 or more events a week…its up to you how you stack them!
  3. If you have 2 or more events a week you will be in the bonuses 99% of the time

This is a video on how to place a Order. We place them when we want:

  • Samples
  • Sales Aids such as catalogs and other items for our parties.
  • Product orders under $200

Please note there is no savings on shipping so it will be FASTER to not group them together. Keep your samples in one order, make a different one for Sales aids and awards and and 3rd one for Products under $200

Game Night

In Infinite Shine we have a dedicated Game Night group that will have group games like KeBingo and Trivia played in it several times in a month. We encourage you as a consultant of Infinite Shine to join this group and encourage your customers to as well. This will be like a Company VIP group so to speak.

Here are some expectations with it:

  1. The person who invites someone to the group is the person who works with that person. The only exception is should a guest join – their friends closely tied to them may start to shop under the new consultant. That though will need to be an open dialogue between the recruiter and the recruit so there is no hard feelings. I can be part of the discussion if needed
  2. No links are posted for personal websites or shopping options. With multiple consultants in it we don’t want someone to accidentally shop under the wrong person
  3. To maintain the integrity of the group we ask that people are not directly added to this group. Rather in message or text send them the website: https://www.facebook.com/groups/InfiniteShineGameNight/

This could be done like this in a message:

Hey! I was wondering if you would like to join a group that shows how to make a recipe, plays trivia or bingo style games and has fun several times during a month? Please let me know either way

If they say yes! Great – give them the link. If they say no – That’s okay too!

Once you do have someone who wants to host an event within the game night here is how to set that up in video form:

Written form:

  1. Set up a Group or Event on Facebook which ever works best for you and the host.
  2. Before adding the host to either please add the current catalog and sales specials. How you want your guests to shop and if you are using a Google Form for contact info that as well. That way it is all set to go before the guests arrive.
  3. Then share a post about yourself or a video to let people know who you are. Doesn’t have to be long – just a welcome!
  4. Add the host. Use the Techniques April shares in her 30 minute Facebook party for host coaching through messenger. It works! Her video is here. You can use the types of posts mentioned leading up to the event to help increase engagement. Any giveaways you do within this event are your responsibility to fulfill. Richard and I will take care of only the gifts from Game Night only.

5. Plan to close the event on Tuesday of the night of the game. Our weeks end on a Wednesday with at least 2 of them a month being a hard close. Extending past the demonstration day rarely, if ever, yields to more sales. So do preposts before to let people know that it ends at 9 pm (or you pick the time that night) so you can close it up with the host on Wednesday. Having it go out further than that could lead to guests wondering why specials have changed.

Have fun with this! Truly! it does matter. With the game night YOU are able to play too!

Here are the pictures that April mentions in her video she uses. And this link is the modified google form that she uses to collect information. (if you already have a google shopping for eliminating any shopping ares is all that needs to happen!)

How to Share

There are many ways we can share the opportunity! The most important part IS that we share! You do not need to know everything to do this. The most fun thing to do is to learn along side a friend and be able to hang out with them as you BOTH go on this journey!

The MOST effective way to share is to do so in conversations either via text, over the phone or in person. The below script helps guide you to how you can ask! Know each case is different and listening to what they have to say to help share how Tupperware may help is key! What do you like about this approach?

Judi is an amazing Business Leader with Bravo! She shares how YOU can share from the heart! When you share with your heart you are helping so many people! Then see how Melissa shared on social to grow quickly into a Director team! Last, is a technique on how to share via text. You just need to copy and paste with that!

At our Spring Fest 2020 Mel Curry shared how she recruited over 30 people in one month by sharing on social. She also shares how to post with purpose with Social Media.

This simple Texting technique is effective AND will lead to results. If not for them to join likely they will do an event with you! How many texts will you send this month?

Starts with planing out who will text! One way is to download the 10 Favorite People List. This list will help you jog your memory of who you may not have talked with. It is okay if you do not have 10 for each category. Your goal can be as small as 2-3 per category! Then add more as you go!

THEN the fun begins! Download the Step by Step directions. It is a Word Doc and will guide you along the way. It uses the current Recruiting Video. If you are doing this through Messenger you can grab it from our Tupperware Studio of Infinite Shine Facebook page OR use the Current Youtube Video

This is the video for August 2020 as an example

Last, let us know how it is going! You are NOT in this alone! When you get stuck – text or message me! Know you will hear the word no – that is NORMAL! It usually takes 10 No’s to get to a YES!

When they say no – Ask is it No for Now or No forever….then see if hosting an event would be better for now.

Yes to that – Well now you have a new event for your books…No? Well see if they would rather be a guest at one of our upcoming Company Wide ones or a Event YOU have coming up!

No to that – well would they like to see the current specials without attending – Yes! GREAT! Share the specials…No, ask would there be anyone in their circle of influence who may be interested in anything you shared today. You can give a referral gift of a percentage off of a future purchase done by a date or even a product you have on hand. That referral leads to business that is outside of your circle and could be just the path you needed to take!

So I ask you to text me: I am going to text (pick a number) people (today or week). Then let me know your results. Even a NO is a GREAT Result…because it MEANS you DID something for YOURSELF and YOUR business! YOU GOT THIS!
